Why Choose Our Fiberglass Roofing Sheets?

YIKORFRP® fiberglass roofing has a low coefficient of thermal expansion, resulting in minimal deformation even under extreme temperature fluctuations, and is resistant to warping and buckling.

With a thermal conductivity far lower than that of metallic materials, fiberglass roofing sheets improve your working environment.

Fiberglass roofing sheets reduce the formation of water droplets, preventing your equipment from becoming damp, and are suitable for food processing plants.

Fiberglass roofing offers far superior resistance to acids and alkalis than standard metal, with a service life of over 20 years, even in coastal areas.

With a tensile strength well in excess of 100 MPa, it is suitable for use on farms and in greenhouses to withstand strong winds and hail.

Fiberglass roofing offers a light transmission rate of 30%–90%, helping to reduce daytime lighting energy consumption.

FRP roof panels are approximately 30–50% lighter than metal roofing, allowing for faster installation and labour savings.

Fiberglass roofing sheets offer up to 97% UV blocking, ensuring stable performance over the long term.
Corrosion-Resistant Fiberglass Roofing
YIKORFRP® fiberglass roofing utilises a high-performance vinyl ester resin system, offering superior corrosion resistance and providing 30%–50% greater resistance to acids and alkalis. In addition, we employ a multi-layer composite construction, with multiple layers of fiberglass enhancing impermeability and crack resistance. We also apply a 0.2–0.5 mm thick anti-corrosion gel coat, further increasing the fiberglass roofing’s corrosion resistance by a factor of 2–3.

Structural Stability Fiberglass Roofing
The fiberglass roofing we manufacture for you contains a significantly higher proportion of fiberglass than the industry average (≥40%); this increased fiberglass content effectively reduces overall expansion. Furthermore, we employ a continuous moulding process to ensure uniform thickness and structure across the fiberglass roofing sheets, thereby reducing internal stress by 30%. Combined with high-temperature curing and post-curing treatments, this ensures exceptional dimensional stability. This guarantees that the FRP roofing panels you receive will remain warp-free and dimensionally stable over the long term.
Wind-Resistant Fiberglass Roofing
Our YIKORFRP® fiberglass roofing sheets are manufactured using a continuous high-pressure roll-forming process, which increases the density of the sheets to eliminate internal voids whilst enhancing overall load-bearing consistency. We have also reinforced the edges of the fiberglass roof sheets with a tear-resistant design and optimised the structure of the screw hole areas. This has increased tear resistance by 30%, preventing the sheets from being lifted by strong winds and preventing cracks at the fixing points, making them suitable for your areas with high wind loads.

Applications of Fiberglass Roofing in Various Industries

Fibreglass roofing sheets are ideal for industrial buildings that require natural light and corrosion resistance, as fiberglass roofing offers excellent light transmission (50%–90%), which can reduce energy consumption by up to 30%. Furthermore, as YIKORFRP® uses corrosion-resistant vinyl ester resin that remains stable in environments with a pH of 2–12, the product has a service life of over 20 years compared to standard steel, thereby reducing your long-term maintenance costs.

Our YIKORFRP® fiberglass roofing sheets perform particularly well on farms where they are exposed to ammonia, moisture and organic waste. Unlike metal sheets, they do not corrode or rust, and their service life can be two to three times longer. The light transmission properties of fiberglass roofing help to improve the environment in livestock housing, increasing poultry and livestock production by 5% to 10% and boosting your profits. Furthermore, their mould-resistant and moisture-resistant properties help to maintain a healthier indoor environment.

YIKORFRP® fiberglass roofing is the ideal choice for chemical plants and electroplating facilities, as these sites are frequently exposed to acids, alkalis and corrosive gases. Our fiberglass roofing is manufactured using a continuous high-temperature, high-pressure production process, enabling it to withstand extreme chemical environments without degradation. In contrast, traditional metal roofing typically corrodes within three to five years, whereas our fiberglass panels, which utilise vinyl ester or modified polyester resins, have a service life exceeding 20 years. This significantly reduces the frequency of replacement and your maintenance costs.

For warehouses and logistics centres, our fiberglass roofing strikes the perfect balance between natural lighting and structural efficiency. The high light transmission of fiberglass roofing sheets allows 60% to 80% of the interior space to be illuminated by natural light, thereby reducing your energy consumption and lighting costs. Weighing just 20% to 25% of steel, our FRP roofing panels reduce structural loads and your installation costs. Furthermore, their low thermal expansion coefficient (10–25 × 10⁻⁶ /°C) ensures dimensional stability, effectively preventing deformation or leaks over the long term.

Thanks to the outstanding light transmission and safety performance of our YIKORFRP® fiberglass roofing sheets, fiberglass roofing is increasingly being used in public buildings and construction projects. Unlike ordinary glass, our fiberglass roofing provides soft, glare-free natural light, whilst offering several times the impact resistance of ordinary glass. This reduces the risk of breakage and meets your safety requirements. YIKORFRP® fiberglass roofing sheets are available in a range of customisable colours and profiles, allowing you to achieve both functionality and your aesthetic design objectives.

Metal roofing is prone to corrosion, particularly in chemical environments or coastal areas, and corrosion typically sets in within two to five years. YIKORFRP® fiberglass roofing is corrosion-resistant, has a lifespan of up to 20 years and will not rust, reducing your maintenance costs by over 30%.
Low-cost sheets typically use recycled resin and contain a lower proportion of fiberglass, resulting in sheets that are brittle and have a short service life (sometimes as little as 1 to 3 years). YIKORFRP® use high-quality vinyl ester, unsaturated and epoxy resins, with a fiberglass content of 25% to 45%. We employ continuous moulding and high-temperature curing processes to ensure our fiberglass roofing sheets offer exceptional corrosion resistance and strength, helping to minimise damage caused by natural disasters such as strong winds and hail.
Cheap fiberglass sheets often lack UV protection, which can lead to yellowing and cracking within one to two years. Our fiberglass roofing features a UV-resistant gel coat that has been tested for over 3,000 hours, ensuring long-term clarity and structural integrity. In addition to the gel coat, we can also adjust the formulation of the fiberglass roofing to suit your requirements, thereby further extending its service life.
In addition to their high-strength fiberglass reinforced construction, our YIKORFRP® fiberglass roofing sheets feature a corrugated design that increases rigidity by 2–5 times (compared to flat sheets), giving them exceptional wind resistance (up to 1.5 kPa). This ensures that the structure remains safe even in coastal areas or regions prone to typhoons.
YIKORFRP® fiberglass roofing does not suffer from this issue. Our fiberglass roofing sheets have a low coefficient of thermal expansion (10–25 × 10⁻⁶ /°C), ensuring excellent dimensional stability. Even in environments with significant temperature fluctuations, this minimises the risk of warping, cracking and leaks, reducing your future maintenance costs and risks, and ensuring the successful completion of your project.
