We use a two-component automatic mixing machine to apply adhesive with precision. This reduces the risk of delamination in your fiberglass composite panels. In addition, we use multi-layer hydraulic hot presses that provide uniform pressure and stable temperatures. This technology ensures consistent flatness in the foam-core composite panels we provide. Combined with our edge-milling machine, we can mill away exposed foam and apply waterproof edge sealing before the FRP foam-core panels leave the factory, making it convenient for you to assemble them locally.

Consistent coating results are key to ensuring the long-term adhesion of our fiberglass foam core panels. Our two-component automatic adhesive mixing and coating machine is the core equipment for producing fiberglass sandwich panels. This machine precisely measures and mixes the A and B components of polyurethane structural adhesive, then evenly coats the adhesive onto the bonding surfaces of the panels, forming a uniform, controllable adhesive layer with a thickness of 0.12–0.20 mm. This ensures that the fiberglass composite panels you purchase have defect-free interfacial bonding. Our equipment has a maximum coating width of 2,600 mm, making it suitable for your large-format panel orders. Applying the adhesive precisely not only helps prevent cracking in the panels but also reduces costs and minimizes unnecessary expenses.

We recommend our polyurethane (PU) foam core panels for applications requiring thermal insulation, such as refrigerated trucks and cold-chain transportation. Polyethylene terephthalate (PET) foam core panels are ideal for applications requiring lightweight structures with high durability, including recreational vehicles and the transportation sector. Our polyvinyl chloride (PVC) foam core panels are waterproof and corrosion-resistant, making them ideal for use in marine applications. XPS foam core panels are primarily used in construction projects requiring moisture resistance and thermal insulation, offering you a cost-effective solution.
