Production Equipment

Vietnam Chemical Plant Project (FRP Wall Panels)
For a large petrochemical industrial park in Haiphong, Vietnam, the client required flame-retardant vinyl ester FRP anti-corrosion panels with a thickness of 2.5–3.0 mm. The client purchased a total of 126,000 m², which we shipped in seven container consignments. The client’s factory is situated directly by the sea and is subject to high levels of salt spray corrosion year-round. Standard carbon steel plates are prone to rusting and perforation within a year, resulting in extremely high maintenance costs for the client. Furthermore, hazardous chemical workshops require Class B1 fire-retardant certification, a standard that traditional anti-corrosion panels cannot meet. YIKORFRP® operates eight fully automated continuous production lines, with a stable monthly production capacity of 800,000 m². We delivered the materials to the client in batches according to schedule, providing comprehensive customs clearance documentation and certifications. Furthermore, we deployed overseas technical engineers to provide installation guidance and standardise the splicing process. This prevented subsequent leaks and reduced the risk of delamination. Six years after the project commenced operations, the FRP walls and platforms within the factory premises remain free from rust, cracks and yellowing.
Almaty Agricultural Industrial Park (Fiberglass Corrugated Sheets)
For the Smart Agriculture Industrial Park in Almaty, Kazakhstan, the client required FRP corrugated roofing sheets with high light transmission and UV resistance, with a total order of 218,000 square metres. We delivered the order in batches using 22 shipping containers. In Kazakhstan, summer UV levels are intense, and the temperature difference between day and night exceeds 40°C. In winter, the FRP corrugated sheets must withstand heavy snow loads. Standard PVC skylight panels become brittle and discoloured within three years; however, our YIKORFRP® FRP corrugated skylight panels utilise a multi-layered fibreglass laminate structure, providing excellent resistance to bending and the impact of heavy snow. Furthermore, our FRP corrugated panels can be seamlessly joined with locally standardised colour-coated steel roofing sheets, ensuring excellent waterproof sealing. In addition, we offer custom cutting to multiple lengths for our clients; as we pre-process standardised sizes at the factory, clients require no secondary cutting on-site, significantly reducing the construction cycle. This has validated the stable performance of our YIKORFRP® FRP corrugated sheets in harsh environments characterised by extreme cold and intense UV radiation, and has become a flagship case study demonstrating our capabilities to international clients.
