Why Do Our CFRT Sandwich Panels Offer Consistent Quality?
The reason the CFRT sandwich panels you purchase are of consistent quality is because we use an adhesive-free hot-melt thermal lamination process. We rely on the melting of the CFRT skin resin to thermally bond it to the core material without using any adhesives.
First, our uncoiling equipment, in conjunction with a web guiding system, precisely aligns the CFRT skins with the foam core. These materials undergo gradient preheating to relieve their internal stresses. They then enter the high-temperature, high-pressure core zone (heating temperature: 172–180°C), where the CFRT resin melts and penetrates the core material to fuse with it. Next, your CFRT sandwich panels enter a constant-temperature, pressure-holding zone (heating temperature: 165–172°C) to solidify the bonded structure. Finally, your CFRT sandwich panels enter a gradient pressure-holding zone (heating temperature: 40–140°C) for cooling and setting, which effectively prevents warping and deformation of the panels.

Our lightweight thermoplastic panels are 30% to 40% lighter than traditional sandwich materials. They also offer excellent impact resistance and moisture resistance, and can operate at temperatures up to 100°C.

YIKORFRP® recyclable CFRT sandwich composite panels feature a PET foam core with a density of 60–150 kg/m³. They offer excellent thermal insulation properties and dimensional stability.

We use high-performance panels with a PA matrix. These CFRT sandwich panels have a tensile strength exceeding 80 MPa and can withstand temperatures up to 150°C. They are ideal for use in underbody protection panels or vehicle body applications.

Monolithic CFRT Sandwich Panels
We create an integrated composite structure through the direct fusion of the resin with the core layer, allowing them to interpenetrate for you. Unlike bonded panels that utilise adhesive joints, our thermoplastic composite panels offer superior thermal cycling stability. They minimise the risk of delamination even under extreme high-temperature conditions. Furthermore, YIKORFRP® thermoplastic fused structure allows for secondary thermoforming and localised thermal bending. The extended service life of our CFRT sandwich panels further reduces your maintenance costs. They are particularly suitable for use in refrigerated lorries, motorhomes and cold storage warehouses.

CFRT (Continuous Fiber Reinforced Thermoplastic) sandwich panel is a lightweight thermoplastic composite panel. In this product, we utilise continuous hot-melt bonding technology to combine the material with foam (honeycomb material). Unlike traditional FRP panels, our CFRT sandwich panels have no adhesive layer, offering superior toughness and durability. Furthermore, they can be recycled through high-temperature heating, making them more environmentally friendly.
We utilise a continuous production process that requires no adhesives, with the entire production process carried out by fully automated equipment. This ensures the consistent quality of the CFRT sandwich panels we supply to you. The thermoplastic resin on the CFRT skin is melted at high temperatures and penetrates the core material, ultimately forming a monolithic, molecularly bonded structure. These CFRT composite panels contain no separate adhesive layer. They offer you higher peel strength and better resistance to delamination, ensuring a longer service life. Adhesive-bonded panels, on the other hand, rely on chemical adhesives and are prone to delamination under extreme temperature fluctuations, resulting in lower durability.
The core materials you typically purchase are mostly PET foam, PP honeycomb, and PVC foam. Due to its consistent thermal insulation properties and high-temperature resistance, PET foam core panels are the best choice for your refrigerated trucks and cold storage facilities. PP honeycomb core material is suitable for applications such as RVs and dry cargo compartments. PVC foam core material, on the other hand, is widely used in general construction.
We operate eight production lines, and our CFRT sandwich panel line has a daily production capacity of 3,000 square metres. We maintain ample stock of standard-sized panels and for our long-term clients, enabling us to dispatch orders quickly within 3–5 days. For large-volume orders with custom specifications, our production lead time is 7–15 days.
